I have found their services on many projects (landscape design and care, stone work, flooring, painting etc) to be consistently at the highest level of quality. Importantly, the Breakthrough team pays tremendous attention to the smallest details that make a huge difference and they are extremely responsive and very professional in all dealings. Family and friends constantly praise and compliment the quality work they have performed at my house.
-Joseph Floyd Breakthrough Property Service has done an outstanding job here at Roche Realty Group in Laconia. They maintain our grounds all year long and we couldn't be any happier with the lawn care they provide. We never have to call and the grounds always look impeccable. In the winter the parking lot is always plowed before anyone reports to work and the walkways are always cleared. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any job large or small.
- PK Zyla This Summer we hired Breakthrough Property Services to landscape our new Dutch Colonial at 111 Cummings Cove Road in Meredith. This included tree work, irrigation system install, lawn installation, hydro-seeding, granite steps, and building fieldstone and man made block walls. - Lashunda Allen Breakthrough Property Services maintains my place of employment, Roche Realty, year around. They have done a fabulous job with plowing and shoveling. The snow is always cleaned up before I arrive to work and in the spring the place looks beautiful. The office had become over grown in the past years with little to no maintenance and the Breakthrough crew brought it back to life. They are truly a great, personable team dedicated to their work and customer service.
